Yes. A workspace can have more than one active or trial Industry Pack. One pack remains the primary workspace context, while access to modules and actions is calculated from all active entitlements.

Multi-pack discounts are not applied automatically. Annual savings shown on each pack come from the live catalog. Contact Sales for a written volume quote when purchasing multiple paid packs or onboarding several locations.

Yes. You can upgrade, change billing cycle, or activate another pack later. Historical transactions and invoices remain available according to your workspace access and retention settings.

Location support depends on the selected Industry Pack and its configured modules. Packs that include locations or outlets can keep records scoped to each branch while providing workspace-level reporting.

No card is required for a free pack or an eligible free trial. A verified payment method is requested only when you choose a paid subscription.

Displayed catalog prices are base subscription prices. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown before payment, based on your billing details.

You can cancel renewal at any time. Refund eligibility follows the published Refund and Cancellation Policy, including review of duplicate or failed-payment cases.

Your historical financial records stay in the workspace. The navigation, dashboards, actions, reports, and permissions update to match the active pack entitlements.

A Business Pack is a ready-to-use set of supported workflows, roles and reports for a specific type of business. Every published Pack page shows its current price, included work and exclusions.

Yes. Business workspaces use server-side permissions and Pack role templates so staff receive only the access assigned to them.

Location-based access is available where the selected Pack configuration supports it. Check the Pack page and supported scope before starting.

No. Supported Packs can use configured tax fields and tax-aware billing records, but KharchaBill does not advertise GST filing as included.

A trial is available when the current Pack plan shows trial days. The trial term and price come from the same active plan used by checkout.

You can review another eligible Pack later. Compatibility, entitlement and current pricing are checked before activation.

Create an account, verify your email, add your cash or bank accounts, then record or import transactions. Your dashboard and reports are calculated from the financial records you add.

Yes. You can keep separate bank, cash, wallet and credit accounts. Transactions remain linked to the correct account so balances and reports stay consistent.

Transfers move money between your own accounts. KharchaBill keeps them outside income and expense totals to avoid counting the same money twice.

Yes. You can record loans, repayment schedules, credit-card balances and payments, then review them alongside the rest of your finances.

KharchaBill uses authenticated, user-isolated records, encrypted web connections and server-side access controls. Never share passwords, OTPs or banking credentials through contact forms.

Signed-in users can access data export and account controls from Settings. Account deletion is protected by confirmation and follows the applicable retention requirements described in the Privacy Policy.

Email sync is optional. After you connect and configure a supported mailbox, KharchaBill reviews eligible financial messages and lets you verify detected records before they become transactions.

KharchaBill uses the configured secure connection method for email access. Do not enter an email password anywhere except the dedicated authenticated email-sync settings screen.

Available plans and their current limits are shown on the Pricing page. Any paid access is activated only after server-side payment verification.

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the active plan and payment status. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy, then contact support with your payment reference if you need help.
